Deposit/Refund Policy:
If you need to withdraw from an event, please contact the Rocky Mountain Junior Golf Tour staff as soon as possible so we may add another player from the waitlist. Please contact us via email, withdrawals@rockymountainjuniorgolftour.com . In the body of the email, make sure to include the player’s full name, the name of the event(s) and the date of the event(s). Once this has been received by the RMGJT staff, you will receive an email confirming your withdrawal. If you need to withdraw on the morning of the event, please also contact the host facility. Please refer to our refund policy.
One Day and Multi-Day Events
A withdraw prior to 14 days of the event will result in a $15 administration fee.
A withdraw within 7 to 14 days of the event will result in a 50% refund of the tournament fee.
A withdraw within 7 days of the event will result in a forfeit of the entire tournament fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
