DUE TO AJGA Star Requirements, this event WILL NOT allow caddies.

For the North American Junior Amateur, the field will be playing in one division Boys 13-19 and Girls 13-19. We recommend that players on the younger side of the division are able to play a minimum yardage of 6,600 yards for boys and 5,800 yards for girls.

STROKE to MATCH PLAY EVENT
- This event begins with two days of stroke play for seeding. The top 32 boys and 16 girls from stroke play will move on to the match play portion of the event.

- Match play will begin January 2nd, the round of 32 for boys and 16 for girls will play a nine hole match. After the conclusion of the 9 hole matches, players will be repaired for the round of 16 for boys and 8 for girls. The second nine hole matches will begin at 11:30am on January 2nd.

- on January 3rd the quarterfinal 9 hole matches will be begin. The round of 8 for boys and 4 for girls. After the conclusion of the quarterfinal 9 hole match. Our boys division will play their semifinal matches beginning at 11:30 am.

- January 4th, our final boys and girls matches will begin at 9:00am and will play a 18 hole match play to determine the winner of the North American Junior Amateur.

AJGA Guaranteed PBE Stars will be awarded to the top finishers from the MATCHPLAY portion of the event for both Boys 13-19 and Girls 13-19 divisions.

ALL tournament fees are collected at time of registration.

Refund Policy:
To cancel a tournament registration – e-mail erica@rmjgt.com with player name and tournament name/date. In the event of a cancellation, funds will be returned to credit card used to make the purchase. ALL REFUNDS will be subjected to a $25 cancellation fee, per player, per entry.

Refund request deadline is 12 PM (Noon), minimum of 7 days prior to Round 1 (Ex: Saturday at 12 PM (Noon) before the following Sat-Sun tournament). Once the deadline has passed, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN, unless one of the below requirements is met:

Significant injury or illness to player (note from doctor required) preventing play on event dates
Death of family member or close friend
Qualification for national-level tournament (AJGA, USGA) or adult state amateur event. This does not include qualifiers, only the tournament themselves. Junior state-level tournaments and other local junior tour events are not included.
There will be no consideration of a refund, 24 hours prior to Round 1 start time. No exceptions.

6:30am - Check-in Begins - verify tee times, collect tee gifts and rangee balls
8:00am - Shotgun Begins - Please Arrive Early for Shotgun Instructions
4:00pm - Tee Times Round 2 viewable on website/app

Wednesday January 1st:
8:00am - Shotgun Begins - Arrive Early for Shotgun Instructions
3:00pm - Seeding will begin for Day 3 Match Play
Top 32 Boys and 16 girls will continue on to match play

Thursday January 2nd:
9:00am - First Round 9 Hole Matches Begin
11:30am - Second Round 9 Hole Matches Begin

Friday January 3rd:
9:00am - Third Round of 9 Hole Matches Begin (Quarterfinal)
11:30 - Fourth Round 9 Hole Matches Begin (Semifinal)

Saturday January 4th:
9:00am - Final 18 Hole Matches Begin
1:00pm - Awards and Conclusion

Practice Rounds can be scheduled directly through the course and may be played before the first day of the tournament.
